This is our first butter chicken & garlic naan bread (lets not forget lentils)
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/1/2 tsp. garam masala
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
2 cloves garlic
Salt
1 red chilli
2 tbsp. fresh coriander
2 onions
5 Roma tomatoes
1/2 cup plain yogurt
750g Chicken thigh fillets
25g cup butter
1/4 cup thickened cream
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Mix ground chilli, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, garam masala, salt, ginger, garlic, tomatoes and yogurt in a large bowl. Stir in chicken pieces and marinate for 1 hour.
Melt butter in a large saucepan and sauté onion for 5 mins. Add chicken marinade and cook for 10 mins stirring constantly.
Turn up the heat to medium high and mix in the cream and coriander, cook until mixture begins to boil, stirring continuously..
