Calamari
This is a Friday evening favorite for the whole family. Great with home made chippies.
Ingredients
2 fresh squid tubes (small ones)
Plain flour
Salt and pepper
lemon
oil for shallow frying
Cooking instruction
Pat squid tubes dry with paper towel
Slice squid tubes into rings.
Add salt & pepper to rings.
Lightly coat calamari rings in flour.
Shallow fry for a couple of minutes & turn over.
Dry on paper towel & squeeze some lemon.
