Satay Chicken sticks

These Thai satay chicken sticks are easy and superb for BBQ
500g chicken breast (or thigh)
½ teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon curry powder
1 tbsp. brown sugar
skewers
2 cloves garlic
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon oil
1 tbsp. fish sauce
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and leave in the fridge for at least an hour.
Soak skewers in cold water for a few minutes
Thread chicken into skewers and BBQ.
