Satay Chicken sticks

These Thai satay chicken sticks are easy and superb for BBQ

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast (or thigh)

  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander

  • ½ teaspoon curry powder

  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar

  • skewers

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 tbsp. fish sauce

Cooking instruction

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and leave in the fridge for at least an hour.

  2. Soak skewers in cold water for a few minutes

  3. Thread chicken into skewers and BBQ.
