Satay Chicken sticks
These Thai satay chicken sticks are easy and superb for BBQ

Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast (or thigh) 
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander 
- ½ teaspoon curry powder 
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar 
- skewers 
- 2 cloves garlic 
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin 
- 1 tablespoon oil 
- 1 tbsp. fish sauce 
Cooking instruction
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and leave in the fridge for at least an hour. 
- Soak skewers in cold water for a few minutes 
- Thread chicken into skewers and BBQ.
