2 tsp. Dry yeast
2 cups flour
1 1/3 cup wheat flour
2 1/2 tbsp. canola oil
1 cup water (lukewarm)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tbsp. sugar
4 –5 garlics
Melted butter
salt
Add lukewarm water, yeast and sugar in bowl. Let it sit for 10 mins.
Add lukewarm milk, wheat flour, 1 crushed garlic, flour, oil and salt and knead until a dough comes together. Cover bowl in tea towel and sit for 1 hour. Divide and roll out
Melt butter and add crushed garlics.
Place rolled naan on fry pan and cook for 1-2 mins. Brush with butter/garlic.
