Naan Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. Dry yeast

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 1/3 cup wheat flour

  • 2 1/2 tbsp. canola oil

  • 1 cup water (lukewarm)

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 tbsp. sugar

  • 4 –5 garlics

  • Melted butter

  • salt

Cooking instruction

  1. Add lukewarm water, yeast and sugar in bowl. Let it sit for 10 mins.

  2. Add lukewarm milk, wheat flour, 1 crushed garlic, flour, oil and salt and knead until a dough comes together. Cover bowl in tea towel and sit for 1 hour. Divide and roll out

  3. Melt butter and add crushed garlics.

  4. Place rolled naan on fry pan and cook for 1-2 mins. Brush with butter/garlic.
